What is made-to-measure?
Made-to-measure consists of taking existing patterns and altering them according to your measurements in order for the final item to fit optimally.
What is the difference between made to measure and custom or bespoke?
Made-to-measure starts with an existing pattern, whereas patterns for bespoke suits are made completely from scratch every time. Using made-to-measure allows us to give you the fit you want in the fastest possible time.
Can I buy ready to wear clothes clothes?
We don’t offer ready to wear clothing at this time. We have intentionally focused on made-to-measure clothing so that we can offer perfect fit, beautiful design and be a socially and environmentally conscious company, all of which are much harder to achieve with ready-to-wear. Where are the clothes made?
Our clothing is responsibly made in Canada. Our atelier is in Montreal and is run by and employs women.
Where are the fabrics from?
Our fabrics are sourced from the best European mills, the same ones that supply legendary fashion houses like Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent. We curate fabrics with natural fibres like wool and silk, making them easier to recycle after.
Where can I book appointments?
We are based in Montreal and book appointments 7 days a week. For Toronto clients, we are available every few weeks for appointments. Find the best time for you here.
What happens at my appointment?
We take your measurements, help you with any styling questions or advice you need, and finalize your order.
Can you come to me for my appointment?
We’d be delighted to. You can specify the location you wish to meet like your office or at home when booking the appointment. If we are meeting at your office, we recommend that you book a private room without windows so that we have privacy when taking your measurements. We currently service Montreal and Toronto for appointments.
Can I book a group appointment?
Absolutely! We offer collection viewings for private parties, women’s organizations and office bookings. Please email us here and let us know when you are looking to have the group appointment and how many people will be attending.
How long does it take to have my order filled?
2 - 3 weeks before it is ready to be shipped.
Can I order online?
We currently don’t offer online ordering but we will be launching this soon. Join our mailing list here to have first access to shop online.
How much is shipping?
We currently only ship to Canadian clients. Standard Domestic Shipping in Canada is included with your order.
What if my order doesn’t fit?
We guarantee fit. In the event that your item does not fit you perfectly the first time you put it on, we will tweak it until you are completely satisfied with the result, at no extra charge.
What is your return policy?
Since each garment is made to order and designed to fit you uniquely, we don’t accept returns.
What is your refund policy?
Orders, once placed, can be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund. After 48 hours and until the order is shipped, you may still be eligible for a partial refund. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible by clicking here.
